Donation for Typhoon Pablo Victims

As you have heard in the news, on December 5 Philippines was struck by typhoon Pablo (international name: BOPHA).  The death toll from Pablo was pegged at 647, and the damage to infrastructure and agriculture at P7.116 billion.

BW Chapter 5: High School Drama Club

Haruka in a high school drama club comes from Naoko Takeuchi's inspiration of creating Haruka and Michiru in the first place.  This is none other than the Takarazuka Revue -- an all female theater group.  There was a period in my life that I got totally addicted to it.  Good thing, it's gone now.  Haha.  But let me share to you my faves. 

I can't cite the sources of this pictures anymore.  I randomly got this over the web.  I don't own any of them. 

In chronological order, meaning... in order of time I fancied them.  The first one being when I was still very young. lol.

First favorite:  Asami Hikaru (thus the inspiration for the name? Asami? lol)
Asami aka Komu was just so cute!  lol.   I got hook up with taka because of her.  One day, I was channel surfing and came across a presentation of Ai Moeru when my eyes caught her presence and I thought I must find out who she was.  So yeah, the rest is history.

Second favorite:  Shizuki Asato and Hanafusa Mari
These two were my favorite couple.  Asato sang and danced very well and Mari was just an overall master -- the most versatile musumeyaku (female player) I've ever seen.

Third favorite:  Ayaki Nao
She's just a total eye-candy.  Very beautiful.  Don't you think so?

 For awhile, I was addicted to one of her all black rehearsal outfit in the production of Elisabeth.

BW Chapter 3: Cover FanArt

One sunny day, in the middle of watching Total Recall, I suddenly thought of an idea.  Why not make a cover art for chapter 3?  So 30 minutes into the movie, I paused and made something in a little less over an hour. 

The outcome is a little sloppy.  It's the first time I merge an anime into an actual body and I got impatient of going back to the movie. LOL.  I hope it didn't turn out freaky-looking.  Working on this got me immune to seeing it that (scarily) I think it's acceptable.  Though I don't know what you viewers think about it.

BW Chapter 2: Voice Acting Project

Becoming Woman Chapter 2 entitled Who's Playing Who, has a lengthy conversation between Haruka and Michiru in the former's apartment.

My Voice Acting Project calls all interested to 'voice-act' that conversation on which the resulting sound file will be posted here in my blog.  Who can submit?

1.  You and your friend playing the role of Haruka and Michiru (single file submission)
2.  You alone, recording the lines in separate files and I'll be the one to mix the sound files with another submission. (multiple files per line submission)

Please observe the following requirements:
1.  MP3 file
2.  Frequency of equal or greater than 128 kbit/s
3.  Less than 10MB size.

Then send it along with your name/nick and the country from where you're from to firstgenesis01@gmail.com

For the succeeding months, I'll be blogging any thing that go with every chapter of Becoming Woman.  No, they are not reviews.  I'm not reviewing my own work.  Duh~
